The Makah Environmental Restoration Team is conducting environmental remediation activities on
the Makah Indian Reservation near Neah Bay, Washington. Contractor services are required to test
for and abate lead-based paint and asbestos; demolish and remove a building, structures, and a
utility pole. Work must be completed between September 1 and October 31, 2026.

2. Request for Qualifications – Code Writing
The Makah Tribe is seeking Statements of Qualifications from experienced legal professionals to serve as a Code Writer for the review, drafting, revision, and modernization of the Makah Law and Order Code.
